1. Defective products can be returned and either replaced or refunded
  2. Defective products are defined as those which have an obvious malfunction that prevents the item from being used in the way it was intended due to an error in production
  3. If replaced, this may have to be part of our next bulk order period
  4. Credit is granted via coupon voucher
  5. Customers have 30 days to report a problem from the date of receipt
  6. User damage does not constitute replacement
  7. Credit or replacement will be available, depending on the product
  8. A photo of the defective product will be required
  9. If we require the item to be shipped back to us, or the supplier, it will be at our expense
